Why was my prescription sent to you instead of my local pharmacy?
It is likely your medication is required to be uniquely made and customized to your needs. Compounded medications require specialized training and facilities to make. There are few pharmacies with this specialized training or state of the art facility. Ours is one of those pharmacies.
I don’t live close to the pharmacy, will this be a problem?
We will process your prescription and ensure that it is delivered to your residence. For those who are outside of our delivery range, limited prescription mailing options are available.

What services do you offer?
Sterile and non sterile compounded medications, infusion services
Will you bill my prescription through my insurance?
Compounded medications are not typically paid for by insurance and most need to be paid for up front by the patient. If requested we will give you a paper form that you may submit to your insurance and request for the insurance company to pay for the medication. However, that determination is up to the insurance company and outside of our control.
Can I still pick up my prescriptions in person?
Yes! We would love to see you in person.
Can I set up for my prescription to be refilled automatically?
Yes, but only if the price remains the same. We will reach out to you in the event of a price change.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
How long will it take to get my prescription delivered to me?
Each prescription is on a case by case basis due to the uniqueness of the medications your provider has ordered for you. Give us a call or stop in to find out!
